Qualitative Tests
The aim of qualitative studies is focused on the thorough analysis of the relationships between consumers and  products or services. But it is not only about the identification of their motivations and reservations, but also about their expectations, even subconscious ones, to detect possible ways of optimization.
An adapted environment  offers the possibility to witness Focus-group, triads and interviews in great secrecy. Of course, the techniques of direct observation and content analysis are tailor-made. Some experts’ accounts are able to enrich the analysis of the data collected.
